Rich, you shouldn't give up so easily on them, they're too much of a help to you for you to just let them leave. Just agree to their conditions! All they ask is for you to let them do their job as staff efficiently. I'm willing to help you as a tester, but I was going to try to be a tester anyway as soon as I got tested for this academy. Please think it through, and talk to scorp an get him to stay
note: I haven't tested yet, but I'm a stardust cyan in DUA

It is already to late we are working on a new academy and will announce it ones it has the look of an academy and work further on it until it is the best.
